A friend of mine told me she was raped and has PTSD. I offered to do nothing but give support. Within time and doing research on PTSD she has painted the picture that she is the victim and I am the perpetrator, and that I will hurt her.

How do i file a restraining order against her? She is not mentally stable or capable of functioning like a normal human being till she seeks proper treatment. How to I go about filing a restraining order against her?

This would be a bad situation to be in.

Contact an attorney who specializes in such matters.

I knew in your previous post that this would turn out bad for you.

If you would have taken my advice:

You'd be sipping a cold one thinking about how awesome John Goodman is right now.

Good news is I never laid a finger on her other than a hug. Only feelings I developed was that someone was hurt and wanted to help them.

I would never rape anyone I have realized what it means for someone to lose power and control.

This is why you should never help anyone, ever.

she isn't saying I raped her and thank god. All shes saying is she think I will hurt her. That makes no sense at all, but after watching the Duke lacrosse movie if she believes I can hurt her I need to get her the hell away from me till she seeks proper treatment.

The first thing I can tell you other than stay far away from her, is that you have to stop feeling sorry for her. You need to take care of you, and let her take care of her.

Ignore her and quit talking to her.

Sounds like you are engaging her while wanting some type of TRO against her.
