LOL Progressives are the same people that hate Asians because of their intelligence, and do everything they can to keep them from simple things like being admitted into college despite their high scores.
The "Stop Asian Hate" campaign progressives put out went about as well as the Me Too movement since it is their fellow voters that hate and target asians.
So, no, Asians won't get that leniency at all. If the roles were reversed, the black shooter would likely not get arrested in Philly.

Yeah, I’m not saying that story isn’t plausible. But the fact that they are all in a trafficked parking lot going nowhere doesn’t really support that theory.

I'm thinking the guy was jumped by the three scholars and his buddy happened to be close by and armed. That's what I will go with since one was fist fighting and didn't stop. He seemed to be in his "fight instead of flight" zone. He was clearly focused to the point he didn't flinch when his friend started shooting.

That at least makes more sense. Especially the last part about how focused he was. That almost looked like a revenge arse kicking.
