Wolf. If you get lucky you can shove the bat in his mouth when he strikes at you. Keep it there while you grab the key then you just gotta get outta there without him dragging you back in. Not a great chance of that happening but seems about the only chance you have unless you're just a massive dude that could out muscle Kamara. frick a snake. Kamara easily. A good swing to the mid section would knock the wind out of him or a light hit to the groin and he's on the ground crying. He's not seriously hurt but it would buy you some time to get the key and bail.
You could also try to bargain since he's a person. Offer to split the cash then go out on the town together and find more hot bitches to bang.
