Even if most cases are asymptomatic, doesn't mean most disease transmissions are. If sitting down eating a meal without coughing or sneezing isn't going to send respiratory droplets of significant magnitude more than a few ft away, then asymptomatic transmission in a restaurant isn't much of a risk.
(note: That's different than yelling in a loud bar or choir …)

Dont know. But I dont know of many places that tested that big of a ratio. Maybe it means their healthcare system sucks donkey balls.

My grocery bill hasnt really changed much.
In fact I got 3 bone in ribeyes from heb for 12 bucks sunday. That's a deal. 3/4" thick and nice marbling

As an operator I would hate to take out half my tables. My building is big. It would kill the atmostphere. Most will chastise me for that. You could be incurring an unnecessary cost to restaurants. That would require a lot of storage. One would argue you are getting more business but it can be a huge hassle

Fewer table in a restaurant will kill at least half of the businesses. They run such tight margins as it is.

Fewer restaurant tables mean higer restaurant prices. Might as will shoot the full service restaurants in the head.
