So many thing dumbass in the video. Lone person standing in the road with crowd on the side of the road. Hard to notice the guy in the road at night, roadside lights, crowd, etc... Easy to see why he was hit. Gunshots are unexplained but may have been one, or several, of the protesters just shooting in the air in anger..... People set themselves up for incidents like this. And, once again, it is more important to document incidents via cellphone instead of taking cover or offering aid.

I think the protestors blocked her later down the road, she was forced to turn around and as she passed safely on the other side, she was shot at. She has been fully cooperative with the police, don't think the city will charge her with everything, it was a simple, someone in the middle of the street didn't see him/her and the person got hit.
BLM will probably say that she did it on purpose and should be in prison.

There would have been a lot more of them laid out on the street if they tried blocking me from my drive to the PD afterwards. I hope the drivers insurance company goes after the feral for damages

They chased after the car and shot at it. Witnesses confirmed this and the police confirmed bullet holes in the vehicle.
