When I was a senior we had drinks with some of our teachers who were the same age, and I'm pretty sure it was at the same bar. It was cool to have a beer with your teacher. Shame on these girls for letting it get weird.

Taking the sister's story at face value, it sounds like the student was the aggressor and the affection was unwanted by the teacher.
I have a hunch she'll get off with a slap on the hand, but how humiliating for all of this to come out in public?
By the way, her sister is really hot, too. Unfortunately, she has since locked down her FB so that it is not visible to the public.

This is a looooooongggggg time ago (1977). I was in the fall semester of my senior year. The King Tut exhibit stopped in New Orleans for a while, so our high school humanities teachers arrange for us to bus down from Tulsa to tour the exhibit. We had 3 full bus loads of kids, and we all partied with out teachers on Bourbon Street.
It was a different time.

I mean, how would the sister really know what happened? If she turned herself in, she likely thinks she did something wrong. It sucks, but the best thing to do would be just to be quiet and not say anything until whatever the school and police have comes out. The cell phones will reveal all.
