All i ever ask mine to do is sweep, swifer the floor, wipe surfaces/dust and clean toilets and shower.
The two ladies knock all that out in like an hour and i have watched them do it and it’s really not all that much for 2 folks to have to do.
One of them does the toilets and shower and the other hits surfaces and then they both sweep and swifer the floors quickly and are gone.
I can handle laundry and my bed sheets and crap like that.
I have zero issues with paying for it cause it’s really not very expensive for just an hour of work.

Showers, towels, toilets, and bedding every other week. I only dust the main areas and a cleaning lady does a couple deep cleans a year. The cleaning schedule changes as I have more "company". I highly recommend sex sheets if you are lazy about bedding

If you don't do these things on a bimonthly basis at minimum you need to start or hire a maid. My old roommate didn't do any of this and couldn't understand why he kept getting ghosted. His bedroom smelled terrible because he almost never washed his sheets.
