Fellow meatheads: kettlebell cert

Any of you ever give any thought to training for one of the big boy(strongfirst/dragondoor) KB certs? Nobody here has prolly completed one since there's only 2 instructors of either in the state of LA. Just wondering
I've been teaching KB techs for almost 10 years but never put in the time to train for the cert & become an official instructor. Shits pretty tough. Anyway, any amateur kettlebell guys/gals amongst the OT?

Not much demand for it that I see
There is a kettlebell class at my gym.
Don't see many people in it
Also a decent size dumbbell rack in the freeweight area that not many people use

That's cause nobody knows wtf to do with them. Everybody I train gets introduced to the basics. Most love it once they understand it

Can you post a kettlebell routine? I'll try it.

meatheads aren't doing kettlebells, bro
If you wanna talk hgh and carb loading then get back to me. Right now I'm buying some new Y backs to accommodate this winter bulk.

Saw a guy doing that in the deadlift station yesterday with 315.

I use the term loosely. Most true "meatheads" would tear a labrum the first time they attempted a Kb snatch

I tie them to my waist when I'm doing dips or prowler pushes. Also have a 10lb one I use as a door stop.

That's the lift I was telling you about.
It's like they're training for a roll in the remake of the video "Turn down for what"

I was in a class in SoCal with a StrongFirst instructor and he knew his shite. I learned more technique with his instruction than I ever knew as possible. I love KB's and prefer doing them outdoors.

That's how I got started. Bret jones is a master SFG. Worked with him for a few days back in 09 at workshop & have been weaving them into my programs since
