About 95%. There are some people that I met through work but only communicated with over phone/email, and a few others who are friends of friends that added me.

I don't add or accept people I don't personally know. That's weird.
I only use Facebook to keep up with friends and family. If someone starts to get messy or political, I unfollow or unfriend. It stays positive and fun that way.
