Sure.

I saw Dr Josh Eachus on Facebook saying it was as close to a sure thing as you can get. At least that’s what I took from it with no volume.

ETA: it was Jay Grymes so you know it’s legit.

I checked weather channel app and Apple weather app, two days ago, and both said snow in New Orleans on the 30th. Both days had a low of 40, haha, I’ve chdcked every minute of every day since, no sign of snow for New Orleans.

GFS been bringing in the snow all day today... and this ain't out in fantasy land... it seems to have been fairly consistent about it (at least today)

They're just pulling computer model generated data into your app(s). Weird shite will pop up because of it.

ETA: It's too dry still on the backside of that front. It'll evaporate by the time it could be cold enough per the last few runs. I'm not buying it, at least not yet.

Tuesday from 8am to 12pm looks like ideal window for anything frozen to happen in south LA

Right now the low on Monday night is 42 so something has to change drastically for this to happen.

Pretty strong cold front coming in but that cold is chasing the rain. Not often a winning scenario.

I know y'all are probably focusing on south Louisiana...

but what's your take for central and north Louisiana?

GFS has been putting snow SOMEWHERE in Louisiana all day

(I live just outside of Alexandria)

Not really. The models predicting a snow scenario have a situation with a morning high and temps drastically falling during the day. Only a question of how long precip stays around after temps are cold enough
