FDA Warns of Vaccine Induced Positive Syphilis Test

Sounds like someone at the FDA caught syphilis and needs to explain a positive test to his wife.

False-reactive RPR testing also has been previously observed following immunization (specifically following smallpox vaccine). False reactivity with RPR can also occur during pregnancy.

If you got the shot and tested positive for Syphilis and you are thinking to yourself, WTF and your doc is treating you for Syphilis this is probably good info to have.
