That's a pretty nice loophole, just list every known possible side effect of any drug, and include death in that list, and you are good to go!

The FDA dictates the label and can pull drugs for severe side effects. You’re required to report and warn of any side effects that you know of, and failing to warn usually leads to liability.

No the real loophole is that Generic drugs aren’t liable for a name brand drug’s failure to warn because they’re required to use the name brand drug’s label regardless of whether it’s accurate or not.

So if the name brand company and the generic company know of a side Effect and don’t warn people of it, you can only sue the name brand company.

One more for you, if the success rate is 90+% on these shots, why the need for a booster so early on in the use and will this be a never ending booster shot cycle?

they were 90% with original COVID

there efficacy is waning with Delta

these will probably turn into an annual thing, like the flu shot, with the way it mutates and our vaccination rates

From the looks of it, the average person is 0.07% at risk of any real repercussions from Slope Sickness.

Now that it is FDA approved when will we get the commercials with the happy gay interracial couples with soothing music in the background playing while they list the side effects disclosures at 100 MPH at the end?

That is a good pickup. A lot of what has been going on with the FDA process is determining how they can advertise and what is going to be on the package insert.

The dude asked about possible side effects, which is a valid and proven concern, so he isn't open minded?

He can't just be... ummm, concerned a little?

Guess you don't give a shite about side effects of medications you take?

As I said, I was one of the first people vaccinated, but I still have concerns.

I'm losing patience with all this dumb talk back and forth. Waste of time.

We don’t have enough people vaccinated to eradicate it all together like we did with polio. And since it’s a virus, it mutates. That efficacy was pre-Delta variant. Studies are showing that efficacy has waned due to the variant but also due to the time between shots.

I see it as no different than an annual flu shot at this point. That’s just me though. Interestingly enough flu shots have had a lower efficacy than the COVID-19 vaccines. It also helps that the flu is largely seasonal, otherwise we’d probably need more than an annual shot.

looking at death as the only outcome of COVID is so weird to me

like I'm healthy as shite and COVID fricking sucked and made me miserable for 10 days

you do you, but if there was a viable option to keep me from having that experience again, I'd do it 100/100 times

Looks like I'll have to virtue signal by getting the vaccine now for employment. Absolutely sickening since I just recovered from Covid with ease.

Same to you.

Here's the dude's original post
quote:

Not against Vax at all. I have every Vaccine you are suppose to and so do my kids. But you are a naive person to think something developed in less than a year, tested, the rubber stamped would have nothing wrong with it. I am asking for opinions and info. not a fema camp.

You said he's closed-minded because he included the part which I boldfaced.

Why don't you tell me what I'm missing in this simple conversation.

Edit:

No answer. Not surprised.

The flu sucks for a few days too but no one is freaking out over mass vaxxing for it or cares if people get the flu shot or not.

I'm actually like that on both sides. Got the vaccine guys who say everyone should no matter what and then others who say nobody should. Atleast 7t% of the post on this board fall into those two categories

Ivermectin

I am actually not against people using this especially if early or if it's late in the game and they only give u days to live.

But people need to get it from doctor not the vet version that many times has other things in it that need to be filtered out for human use.

I just find it laughable though both sides have become authoritarian in nature and cult like. Ivermectin hapoenes to be one of the rallying cries for one side when most couldn't read a and interpret a real study to save their life.
