Just caught up on this thread from lunch. All of you people who claimed the crime scene at the house wasn't secured properly and the media broke into an active crime scene are idiots. That list that was on the table that someone stated was his to-do list was the crime scene return. It's required by law that whenever law enforcement conducts a search warrant that a return is completed outlying everything that was seized. Once the search warrant is ready to be closed out (the search is over), the end time is put on the return and a copy is left. Since that return was left on the table, that means the Feds were done with the search warrant.

For those asking about phones and pictures left behind, an Apple iPhone can be downloaded to a laptop in about 10 mins then left at the scene. Pictures can be scanned into a file format.
