Early 90’s Nissan Pathfinder. Eventually bought a ‘94 and ‘95 when I was older.

I bought a 4 year old 78 Camaro with a V8 that I bought cash with 2 summers pay as a junior/senior in High school...loved that car and sometimes I wish I had stored it in daddy's bard instead of trading it in on the next car.

This thread. If a manufacturer would just make anything remotely close to these vehicles they would print money and there would be a lot of happy people.

My Dad said the same thing when he shook his head and called my '78 Z-28 cookie cutter nonsense with shite horsepower (he was right about the 185 HP and that car was indeed a piece of shite).

A buddy of mine had a '55 Chevy that my brought my Dad to tears. He went on a three week rant about how Detroit should make the steel and chrome cars again. You are right about Don Draper and nostalgia. One of the best scenes in television history btw.

My girlfriend in HS had a Chevy Beretta GT and it was probably the biggest piece of shite I've ever driven.

This was my dream truck when I was in high school. 3 years ago I acquired a 92 extended cab,5 speed 4x4 with the 22re. It’s actually similar to the color of the one you posted. It will be my forever truck.

For me, it was a 1970 SS. Man I still want one....

But around my school in the early 80's, it was amazing how popular this VW was for the preppies. Dudes loved the Scirocco.
