Nah. More infections and deaths were expected when opening up.

Not sure why people here are trying so hard to deny that this is happening.

I'm getting downvoted for saying deaths are a lagging indicator though, which is what was being said when they were the last metric to fall

But there is emerging evidence it might not be as deadly, but they won’t report that.

From my understanding it is unusual for a mutation to become more potent. I'm sure there are cases where that happens though.

They have not jumped significantly in Texas and our leaders have been “panicked” since late May / early June

Untrue, death rate continues to go down even with the "lag" as the true CFR is much less than predicted.

More cases of younger people that require less or no care to recover (or show no symptoms at all) is what is happening.

This guy probably lost his virginity at 35. Covid has been the best thing to ever happen to him.

Well, Mike Pence should fire him.

What's he waiting for? Patriots? Anyone?

Trump made stupid comments in the beginning and then swung too far the other way to appear reasonable.

No doubt

And why is everyone so scared to say why this shite is all of the sudden spiking? It is a massive gorilla in the room and I can see him very clearly

I think that is because of a lack of understanding of this virus.

Seeing numbers grow exponentially is unnerving especially with something that we know very little about.

Erring on the side of caution keeps you from being a pariah. Look at Sweden. That seems like a huge learning situation, but no one on either side, wants to talk about them.

You mean daily.

Look, grow a pair and stop being a bitch. Just say what you want to say. If Fauci is an idiot, they all are. Sack up.

The lack of understanding especially comes in when we’re all pretending there will be a vaccine or solution to this thing within a year

Hiding is retarded

At what point will this not be true anymore? I feel like I know more about this virus than any other ailment in human history

You’re getting real upset, Sao

It’s ok to admit you’re an ardent Democrat

We won’t think any less of you than we already do
