Not only am i not going to lose weight this year and find a reasonable hair color, i will quit cleaning the house and play video games instead. nice.

As for the fibromyalgia excuse...they are still able to physically put bad foods in their mouths. Why do they need to take in huge amounts of calories if their bodies don't need them?
There is an excuse for everything now. Every kid seems to be diagnosed as ADD....another excuse for a hyperactive kid whose parents don't discipline them.

Come on. I would consider buying things loaded with calories to be unhealthy foods. That is part of that little health factor in the term healthy food
The nuts loaded with fats that are "super" foods can help curve hunger, but would still be an unhealthy purchase for someone trying to lose a lot of weight IMO.

I see chicks like that all the time at the beach. And while I take care of myself physically and like to be in shape, I don't care if someone else isn't. Good for her. But don't expect me to fawn over you when the 5'11" blonde explosion of hotness next to me has all my attention.

many ppl burn 1-2k calories a day in exercise, and when you do you need calorie dense foods so they aren't unhealthy IMO.
In my opinion, if it fits your calorie and macro goals, then it is not a "bad" food

You know what most fat people with "Fibromyalgia" is? Its there body not being able to support the weight so they gets diagnosed with Fibro, then it becomes a crutch.
