This is surprising considering the younger trash was the one who elevated the fatal situation with his yapping. He then fired shots AFTER old trash fired.

Strange verdict. I would have thought they both would have walked, or both would have been found found guilty. Not a split.

Same here.

Not at the onset of the confrontation.

That's insanity. I can understand why the son walked on a murder charge, as he did not shoot until after the violence started. The dad shot before the bat was thrown at him. There is no defending that, especially considering the dead guy was unarmed when the fatties rolled up with guns in their hands.

Had the fatties had their guns holstered, I would have a much different opinion.

I don't think it was a sawed off shotgun, but a gauge pump shotgun (like a 14").

Mossberg shockwave I think, completely legal and not “sawed-off”.

Guy is in his 70s. Seems crazy to live your whole life and catch a murder charge right at the frickin end so that’s all anyone will remember you by.
I agree. Now everyone will forget what a great dad and citizen he was.

Shocking that people thought these two would both get off with nothing. They approached someone with guns drawn for dumping trash in an alley and kept dating him to make a move while talking shite. All three are garbage and the only way this story could’ve ended better is if the son also got locked away for life. 2 out of 3 ain’t bad though I guess

Nah, you said I don't believe in freedom because this fatty started a confrontation with his finger on the trigger against an unarmed man. You were wrong and you're too stubborn to admit it. That's you right, but get out of here claiming victory.

Hard to claim you were in fear of great bodily harm if you are encouraging escalation of the encounter.
whats the texas law on that? i know the louisian law revolves around fear of loss of life, but not sure Texas's is. I think Texas's is similar to Florida.

And really with the split decision, seems an appeal would be easy here.

If your idea of freedom is to be able to start a confrontation against an unarmed man with a gun in your hand then try to claim self defense, yea I don't believe in that.

this does not constitute murder.

Yea, the murder he committed constitutes murder.

You claimed both outcomes that were possible. Really going out on a limb there.,

you retard... you said he is guilty because he could have walked away... Someone does not have to walk away. So yea your comment was against the guys freedom being there.

He was found guilty because he broke the fricking law. If he was only convicted for being trashy, how did his son not catch that same conviction?

Yea, I'd just post emojis too. You look like a retard here trying to call me out.

From back on page 2:

quote:

Fatdad shot before the baseball bat was thrown. He's guilty of something.

Tell me what freedom I don't believe in for having this take.
