Welfare Queens intentionally having babies with no father in the picture is a very real thing.
I'd bet money that a bunch of those kids were from women saying "Give me a government check baby and you don't need to be a part of it's life".
I have a friend who is a social worker and says she encounters this all the time and they openly admit that's why they got pregnant. More gubment cheese.
