Pantapropazole. Generic for protonix. Has changed my life. Eating is enjoyable again.

Apple cider is best

If you don't have that, wine vinegar, then balsamic.

I take OTC Nexium just about every other day and it has been a life changer for me no lie. spicy food and beer are really hard on my acid reflux and I consume a lot of both. Now I don't need to watch what I eat.

Prilosec has changed my life. I had heartburn every day of my life until I got a prescription. I've had heartburn maybe once or twice in the last 6 years, both when I was traveling and forgot to bring my pills.

Calcium-magnesium-zinc tablets

Cal-Mag-Zinc

It works really well and it won't affect your body chemistry like regular antacids.
