Ran a 3 mile in 17:50 when I was 18. Would struggle to get sub 7 min for one mile now.

dont remember exact, but it was sub 6 back in high school. im not a distance runner. i usually run a mile or 2 before lifting and thats about it. Never tested how far I can run, but I've done 5-6 a few times

Most I've ever ran at one time was a half marathon. I didn't buy a 13.1 sticker though.

Half mile - 880 2:02.2 1967
mile - 4:32 1967
2 mile Cross Country 10:10
Believe what you want. I ran track with Johnny DeGravelles at Lafayette High, he held the then State record for the 880, half mile at 154.6 so my 2:02.2 looked pretty slow but I was usually second all the other guys behind me.

haven't tried since but I always run a 5k. I normally do 23-24 minutes but my best is 21. id like to do a sub 20 minute 5k(3.12 miles)

Why the hell would anybody buy a 13.1 sticker? It's like bragging that you could only do half the race.
