Burger King seems to on average hire the most incompetent workers. I actually like BK's food, but the service is always horrid.

I always thought Wendy's was vastly superior to BK and Mcd's. My list:

A friend of mine likes to tell a story about Burger King when we were in college. Burger King was tucked in a small window with a sandwich and fries rack they slide down your order on. So, small establishment.
Anyway, this new guy is hired and my friend orders a burger. The new worker makes the burger. And it is made really well. Probably the best burger he ever had at Burger King. Everything was layered well, centered, and the parts were all stacked appropriate to the taste and friction, so it would stay together.
That great sandwich artist was then yelled at by the manager on duty for not making the burger correctly.

No...not even close.
Best would probably be any one of the new sandwich options (Which Wich, Firehouse) or possibly Izzos. Worst is Sonic, by far...and there is no close second.

Wendy's by my house just got in trouble with management for being to slow, and now they have your food ready when you pull up to the window.
Popeye's here doesn't have space to make you pull forward either, so they are forced to be fast
It just goes to show you that the food can be fast, but the employees make it slow 99% of the time

Not sure spending the extra cash to visit a KFC in Japan will be worth it but that's just me
