How about Cooper Manning? He's from Orleans Parish. You MIGHT have heard about his dad, Archie, but he's from Mississippi. Coop's brothers were born in Orleans Parish, though. Eli and Peyton have had some success and renown as well.

Livingston would be one of the weakest parishes. I would say Tasmin Mitchell would be most famous.

I think there's a guy who worked for the postal service from clairborne. They say he's good at basketball, too.

I would think Ben McDonald would be ahead of Taz, but yeah it's still weak.
