Someone does that to my daughter and y'all wouldn't hear a thing about it.

Getting my arse kicked and hog tied by 3 strange men unexpectedly isn't my favorite way to lose a boner... but, whatever works, y'all.

Soooo...what is the father going to do to curtail his daughter's slutty behavior?
Yeah, this is his bigger issue.

Guy is in hot water but the girl knew what she was doing.
Dad should have reported it and tended to the plank in his daughters eye.

So they committed a crime themselves instead of letting the police handle it?
They are lucky they aren't being charged by the police.
Oh and frick the creeper.

No arse-whipping before calling the police?

I'm sure he was tempted, but he didn't want to risk the offender getting out of this due to the dad's assault.
He played it smart.

Should have contacted the Police. The moment he took over pretending to be a little girl, he was intentionally luring someone into his home to harm them. Father should be charged with kidnapping and battery, along with the family members who participated.
While if it was my daughter shite would have hit the fan. I would have contacted the police, turned it over to them, and disciplined my child.

How old was the daughter?
Depending on the state, if she's over 16 they just committed assault, kidnapping, etc.
From the OP:
"Police said the father would not be charged."
What part of that didn't you understand?

"He stopped running and took a swing at me, I was in fear for my life. All of my family are witnesses".
As long as he's still able to walk to the cop car I think most police departments would let it go.

I don't understand what some of the replies in here are talking about suggesting the dad is in trouble. The dad knew the guy was coming, knew the intent, gained evidence, and simply subdued him. Yeah, he could have contacted the police first, but he just did them a favor all while avoiding beating the shite out of the guy so his hands are clean.
In my mind, it's similar to stopping any criminal act in progress. Again, he could have contacted the police first, but I don't see what he did wrong here. As far as I can tell, he did nothing wrong in handling it.

Sounds like he should jump out from behind his daughter's dresser and destroy every electronic device she has.

Suit said the suspect and the girl exchanged racy photos and discussed various sexual acts.

Sounds like she "was ready" as well...
