We finally gave up exchanging gifts and it's been much more positive. Now, each person brings gifts for their own smaller children to open, and that's it.

No more dirty Santa and someone getting fricked by getting a tool set or something stupid.

I hate ham on christmas. Personally,I would prefer if we grilled steaks or something but I am in the minority on that one

Waking up on Christmas morning with no gifts under the tree, because there's no tree.
