Fake tree cell phone tower by Tigerland on Nicholson

There is a story in the advocate today about the micro towers AT@T are putting up in BR. They look like shite.

These micro cells don't have to go before the P&Z commission because they are being installed on existing equipment and poles for the most part. At&T is giving the city $250 per install.
