In the 911 call the old guy is yelling at him to drop it. What was he carrying that he needed to drop?

You know what a cleat chaser is? A girl that is all up in the football players' business and wanting to get with them?
Barnhill is a cop chaser. He's been a prosecutor for 25 years, but secretly wants to be a cop and carry his penis in a holster. He (and the female Glynn County DA) are both very pro-cop and unless it's cut and dry the cop was in the wrong, they get every benefit of the doubt.
Jackie Johnson completely effed up a dangerous situation with a former Glynn County cop. She didn't fight letting him out on bond after he'd violated a no-contact order against his estranged wife; he later killed her and another man before dying himself. Read the linked article; the cop was a real piece of work and no way you or I are getting bail with these kinds of acts against our estranged spouses.

What ever the police found at the crime scene. And just because he said to drop something does not mean that the deceased had something in his possession.

Link?
The 911 call is fairly clear. He says "Stop right there, Stop"

Did you read the letter?

Yet trespassing is what is listed on the police report as being investigated based off the 911 calls. I posted a copy a few pages back.
Yet trespassing is a MISDEMEANOR in Georgia. Not a felony. Pissing outside is a misdemeanor. A citizens arrest in Georgia requires you to either be a witness present during a FELONY or have immediate knowledge of a FELONY. So according to police there was no felony suspected, no justification for a citizens arrest. Stand your ground doesnt apply for mcmichaels and son since they initiated the confrontation.
Prosecution is stacked, Mcmichaels and son fricked.

Don’t fricking try and take a gun out of somebody’s hand and you won’t get shot. Pretty fricking simple. Idiots.

but it's ok for people to go around and point shotguns in the face of people you think may have done something wrong a month before, as long as they are "thugs."
once again, if someone pulls a gun on you in the absence of a threat, they are breaking the law. Not you. They are legally at fault for anything that happens. Not you. don't kid yourself about why you aren't blaming your fatass neckbearded friends for brandishing guns on the flimsiest suspicion of wrongdoing.
