Channel 5 just played the audio of the rv message. It was a computer/recorded voice saying over and over "this area must be evacuated now". Then, boom.

The woman on NewsChannel 5 confirming the gunshots and the announcement. She called 911 at 5:30am so at least an hour warning to get people to evacuate.

Yep. As I was saying. Security system but if someone was in the area still you can bet they filmed it to record the audio on their phone.
