Not as quick. Lots of nasty shite happens when breathing stops and you wait for the heart to stop. Seizing, vomiting, gasping, aspirating. Heart can keep ticking for a while too. Need the potassium to stop it and a paralytic to not seize.

It's synthetic pain Rx which is used to treat severe pain, usually cancer patients.
When it's prescribed by a physician you can regulate the dose, when you buy it on the street you have no idea what you are getting.

shite, back when I was using H and crack that shite was the bomb. The speedball from a crack cocaine-fentanyl shot was what I lived for (pathetic i'm very aware.) In retrospect, absolutely the most terrible thing to happen to america.

Opioids inhibit the pain message process such that the “ouch!” is not received by the receptors. It is similar to wearing earplugs; if the message is whispered, it is not heard, but if shouted, the inhibitors (earplugs) cannot block the loud messages. Yes the message is sent, yes the source of the pain exists, but no the Message isn’t received until it becomes very strong.

Heroin is the hardest thing I've ever had to quit. Never had any other substance that made me deliberately want to hurt others financially, emotionally and in any other way possible to get loaded. Made my mother lose her home by stealing her mortgage money to get loaded, sold a new truck to get loaded, the list goes on and on.
I wouldn't wish a heroin addiction on my worst enemy, I'd rather just wish them death because at least death is over with fast. A heroin addiction can last multiple years making you want to die everyday but just can't.

I’ve learned a lot ITT but I think the thing that stands out the most is that if you’re doing heroin and that’s not hard enough then you should probably take fentanyl because your life is basically already over anyway.
