stand by my point that leniency for criminals will breed more vigilantes.
Even if cops were allowed to enforce the law in places like Colorado—there’s no jurisdiction in the country where two young teenagers get anything but a slap on the wrist or brief juvenile detention for attempted vehicle theft. The fact that kids that young are engaged in that sort of thing is depressing frankly.

Agreed.

I know the shooter is your hero, but he's a criminal as well

you should be allowed to incapacitate them using whatever method you have available.
Including shooting firearms from your moving vehicle?

Correct. Also, in places like Colorado, even if this were two adults, they would never see a jail cell anyway. The democrat judges that run these places would see to it.
As for this idiot, you can't drive around shooting at people. The law doesn't work that way. If they were shooting at you and you were defending yourself, maybe (depending on where you live), but this was completely stupid and he deserves jail time.

In this case, nothing bad happened to others not involved.
Do you believe drunk driving that doesn't lead to an incident against others should be legal?

No.
And I believe any drunk driving accident involving another person/car should be attempted murder.

Well I guess it depends. Were there lots of people around?

Those little punks stealing cars and out driving at 13 and 14 with no family holding them accountable are your heroes. Could have been you…
Regardless of me thinking that this guy went too far especially starting with the chase for even a heat of the moment reduction I don’t give 2 shits about those 2 little thugs. I doubt it will happen based on his statement in court and his family letting him do that crap in the first place, but hopefully the one who survived got the thug and broken culture scared out of him and will live right from now on.

agree... but, maybe was wasn't Indefatigable like you. You know those little hoodlums would have gotten away with that and more had he not put a kink their operation. Some people are just TIRED of it all.
