I was in Home Depot just yesterday when these retarded burnouts who stunk of skunk weed were making plumbing selections. Let’s just say I have my doubts about the integrity of those plumbing connections.

I don’t understand how so many people are smoking weed these days. I started a full time job a week after I graduated from college.
I had summer jobs during school.
All of these jobs drug screened and did randoms. Mostly oil & gas industry (process engineer intern to operations mgr).
Smoking weed or any kind of drugs were never an option as an adult.

It’s that god awful smell that really bothers me. These nasty bastards wear it like a badge of honor or like it’s some great smelling cologne to attract the opposite sex. You smell like a skunk sprayed you

I don't have any issues with someone smoking or really smelling like weed in public anymore than I do drinking. I do however have issues with people who are obviously impaired out and about whether it be driving, in the grocery store, trying to order a coffee from PJs, etc.

People stink everywhere, it's not that big of a deal.

With medical usage now legal in Louisiana things are going to be a bit different in regards to testing. In today's day and age what companies really want to go on record telling their employees they are not allowed to take prescribed medicine in the privacy of their own home to help treat a medically diagnosed condition.

Vicodin...sure, you're good.

Valium, Ritalin, Xanex, Ambien and Morphine...yeah, you're fine.

Weed????? Yeah, you're fired.

So you don’t mind your young children being overwhelmed with the smell of marijuana just about everywhere they go these days?

At least use some patchouli oil to try to cover up the smell

Fist off, smelling like weed in public is nowhere close to "being overwhelmed" by a smell of something just about everywhere we go. Most places we go it's not seen, smelt or noticeable at all.

In some cities in some areas of those cities it's more common than others. Our daughter has asked about it before and we have had conversations in the past. Some places is recreationally legal. Some places it's medically legal. Some places it's illegal altogether.

Last time we went to Boston we knew the talk had to be had to explain..it's legal here. Just like drinking a beer outside next to a police officer in New Orleans is legal. Just because it's legal here doesnt mean it's illegal everywhere. It doesn't make anyone necessarily a bad person. We do our best to make safe and smart decisions and if a certain behavior makes anyone uncomfortable, we will make changes.

So no....it doesnt bother or alarm her or us anymore than someone drinking or driving 75 on the interstate.

Look dumbass. For the 100th time, no one cares about the legality of it. No one.

The issue is the stink… it fricking wreaks. Same with cigarettes. Comparing it to drinking & driving? Are you a retard?

All we are asking potheads to do is take your fricking edibles and get baked in your own fricking space.

Oh and you skunk MF’s

Seems like you need to go kick a puppy and let out some rage

And just so I am clear, what has your panties so high up your arse is that if someone participates in a completely legal activity that you don't like, all you expect them to do is change their behavior to accommodate you and your preferences rather than you changing your behavior to not encounter them as much (or at all)?

Does that go both ways? If people have an issue with how you smell do they have the same liberties to expect you to stay in your own home?
