Not really, simple logic.

Would you have opened this thread if I had put 90% of people are fat?

Maybe. Was the point of your title to induce people to open the thread? Looking for attention?

I've noticed a couple of the Ozempic women in my office seem to be gaining a little weight back

Or, just work out in the heat if that's only time that works for you. You'll acclimate eventually.

When we stayed in Big Sky Montana, 90% of the people were thin. The few fat ones really stuck out.

At convenience stores the biggest fountain drink cups were 16oz. There was no such thing as a Big Gulp cup.

Was at the doctor's office for my annual physical. Everyone in the waiting room is fricking huge. Maybe 10% of the people in there were of normal body mass.

It doesn’t help that a lot of doctors refuse to tell people what they need to hear. Doctors are more concerned with Google reviews than they are with the actual health of their patients.

There isnt any incremental benefit to working out in the heat but if thats the only time you have then go for it.

GPs are always wrong. Cholesterol isn’t bad.

Utah and Wyoming were awesome. Tons of people outside doing things and WAY more health conscious.

You dont need to be by mountains to be healthy. It’s a cultural thing. People in the south are mostly fat lazy and retarded. They have no desire to be fit.

Mountainous areas just attract fit types

The food in Louisiana is 100x better than anywhere else in the country and eating it is a huge part of our culture. It's also like 90 degrees with 80% humidity here over half the year.

If we all moved to California and ate salads and grilled chicken and had good weather to be active every day, we'd be in great shape.

That wasnt my point. But since you brought it up, there are benefits.
OutsideOnline
"emerging research suggests that the benefits of heat training extend beyond performing in the heat. In addition to helping you acclimate to hotter climes, heat training may also boost blood plasma volume (which in turns boosts cardiovascular fitness), reduce core temperature, reduce blood lactate, and increase skeletal muscle force. Add all of these gains together and heat training may help you—counterinuitively—run faster in cooler temperatures."
