Then they will go to jail.

The other statues were voted by the city council as a public Nuisance therefore the removal was legal.

Jackson is protected. That statue isn’t going anywhere

There are rumors the mall across the street from my work is going to get hit tomorrow by "protestors"

So work should be fun tomorrow. Soon as I see people running over the hill towards me I'm gone.

Not dying for to protect some damn sheet sets

Downtown is packed with very old wooden close together historic buildings. A fire or two could easily burn down the quarter.

Didn't think about that. Fires down there could be devastating.

I think the renaming of Jeff Davis announcement was to appease Take Em Down Nola from going after Jackson tonight

If they can handle 100,000+ drunks in the Quarter for 3-4 nights during Mardi Gras every year, they can probably handle this.

They can handle it. Do they have the authorization to handle it or will they stand down like they’ve been doing?

Man, quit with the common sense and facts. These baws want some real action tonight. They've been bored with the last five nights after each day of predictions that they city was going to burn

Gusman and Furgeson undoubtably did. They're not messing around tonight.

There isnt a better equipped or more experienced police force in the country ready to deal with this. I have a feeling there will be a rude awakening for these out of town terrorists tonight

That good to hear. I really don’t understand why they want to tear him down. He a hero to the city.

But then again these are some ignorant protesters we’re dealing with.

They lit churches on fire and killed at least 6 African Americans so far in these riots.

They want anarchy and chaos. They have no purpose other than that.

Mindless sheep sent to the slaughter as part of evil political theater at the hands of the uniparty ruling class
