It's flight patterns and lights are similar to what a lot of people have reported seeing in the Nevada desert (Area 51). Reports you can find on the internet.
I just read them for amusement a few years back but it's definitely pretty crazy to see this doing basically exactly what some of the reports describe.

Space junk doesn't just stop and hover as a bright light. There's been all kinds of sightings like this.

I seen the exact same thing in my hometown in S.C. when I was a kid in the mid 90's.It was actually my cousin a family friend and myself. It was very erie.
