That's possible. I went to the gym right after waking up and I did a lot more repetitions than I have ever done while doing the max. I wouldn't have been able to do that yesterday.

Just about every morning, when I wake it, it takes me about 2 or 3 minutes to get really wake up and once I do, I hit the floor running (obvious jokes or obvious). I am ready to take over the world, but after about 2 hrs I crash. I have to pace myself.

About 20 years ago I did all the time.
Now I am just happy to wake up and have another day. I miss that fire and rage, probably need some T shots or a college girlfriend to get it back.
