Me and this chick I used to bang were on an expedition to find a lost artifact many years back. Some Nazis were looking for it too. They all melted bigly when they realized it was only a box of sand.

Was the Brigade Adjutant for a Field Artillery Brigade, so I typed up all of the OER's for every officer and facilitated the review session with either our Colonel who was the Senior Rater for all Company Grade Officers and most Majors, and with the General for all of the Battalion Commanders, so I was actually in the room when they got their reviews. (sorry, I know, tldnr).

Not at all.

One question though. Have you ever considered a second career with your HOA?

ETA: Thank you for your service.

A guy I worked with found out him wife was cheating on him while he was at work. He completely destroyed his office then left to go home.

Covington Country Club is currently looking for a few good men, FYI.

Several perks including one free round of golf per month and a coke, all the room temp water you can drink, and an all access pass to the practice net near #9's fairway.

Yep - at work after his annual review. Starting throwing shite and screaming. He had to be escorted out. They called him later and told him not to come back

I've gotta say, I nearly had a meltdown over an annual review.

I was smart enough to keep quiet and keep my head down for the day, but I was furious. I'm lucky nothing else set me off because I was furious.

In retrospect, the review wasn't even that bad, I just lost 'points' (and a percentage of my raise) due to issues management never spoke to me about.

Was at a restaurant years ago and this guy a few tables down absolutely lost it because apparently the server poured pepsi in his glass of sweet tea

I worked in retail pharmacy for 9 years so I’ve seen enough breakdowns. I’ve seen people say and do shite in public that would blow the normal persons mind.

I am a safety manager for a contractor who performs plant maintenance. I have seen some solid melts when dudes drag up or get fired. I was on the job with one employee who lost his shite and threw all of his tools off of the bucket elevator at a concrete plant. He then got in the company truck with all the tool doors open and did doughnuts in the parking lot throwing out several thousands of dollars of tools and leave the site. The PM fired him so I had to call the local police to pull the truck over and detain him for the stolen property. fricking moron of a Ops manager hired him back a few months later and then got fired again for stealing a 300 lb copper drum from a clutch assembly for a paper machine.

This once happened to me, I told my director that my review was unacceptable. She said, "okay", then scheduled a meeting with me the following day where she gave me a better review. Thinking back on it, it was pretty funny

She's obviously no longer a director (or managing people at all).

Mingo is mad at himself for being a fatass and so he lashes out at other fat asses.

Simple as that.

My dad would blow up about the weirdest stuff. If I called him right now and told him I totalled my truck and was in the hospital, that dude would be the most collected person on this earth. If I knock a glass off the coffee table, he would lose his shite. For whatever reason, the small stuff got to him. In a crisis, he’s Tom Brady.
