Good grief those fat raccoons are so adorable. Makes me wonder what they are like as pets.

I don't think you can really domesticate a raccoon. they have terrible dispositions.

I’ve known 2 people that had female raccoons, they were good pets, raised from babies.I think the males get really mean, that’s what I’ve been told.

thought this thread was about a new nickname for lady parts.

I did that on purpose with clicks in mind.

I believe piebald is a term specifically for horses.

It applies to any animal and means "made up of two different colors". Little known fact is the Bald Eagle used to be called Piebald Eagle since it is black and white. The name got shortened a long time ago.

We have one in our neighborhood but the face has a darker mask (the body hair color is very similar).

I’ve only heard the term “piebald” applied to horses.

That is where the term, 'bald' eagle, comes from, piebald.

I always heard piebald horses referred to as Pintos.

I hate trying to ID most of them. I don't even bother with some of the more drab, nondescript ones.

Here's a Karen moth. No one likes dealing with it.

I've been referring to him as Nabisco. Felt right.

Tomorrow evening I'm going back to the lake with some kibble to get some better pics of him, will update thread if any luck.

I found this picture online of a raccoon that actually is piebald- has otherwise normal markings except for his face:
