Well she was a fictional character, but I recall the gal on the show "Blossom" who was named "Six".

I knew a kid once, back when I was a lifeguard. The kids name was Section, he was about 8 or 9 maybe.
I asked him about it, and he tells me his momma was proud of him and that why he was named Section. He said he was the first C-Section baby in the family.

One of my friends as a kid is Nykee...... pronounced like tha shoe. He's been around just as long as Nike though so I don't think he was named after the shoe.

I have met a girl named Olay, named after Oil of Olay, and another named Armani.
A bit off topic, but my favorite name story, and I swear it's 100% true. I knew a man named Anon (pronounced Ay'- nuhn). His mom said she named him after her favorite poet.
Hand to god.

Enzo is an Italian name that existed before the car. The car was named after Enzo Ferrari himself.
I understand that. But the guy owns a Ferrari and lives in Alabama. Safe to say he named his son Enzo after his appreciation for the one that made the Ferrari.

Siran Stacy that played RB at Alabama was named after saran wrap, but his momma spelled it wrong. She said so in an interview.
Also, knew a set of twins that parents must have wanted them to grow up and be strippers. Their names were Candy and Sugar Cane.

I went to a mostly-black elementary school until fourth grade.
There was a girl named Aquanet. It was pronounced Awk-wuh-nay.
Edit: Yewkindewit got it first.

Back in the day, when the pharmacist and staff knew you, I was in the drug store. The delivery man saw me and said they had a new baby girl. I asked her name and he said it was Delfen.
I said congrats and he asked me if I knew where he got that name. I replied no and he went a few aisles over and returned with this: He said it did not work.
