With this pitiful weather it's very easy to get the sads but when I drink my wine and chill knowing that I am retired and still have some family and friends left that I love and who love me, I shake back real quick..... usually after the bottle of wine is about gone lol..

Used to get it a lot. Exercise helps quite a bit, but this time of year with less daylight makes it tougher.

Yes, it's natural and probably therapeutic to some degree to be sad. But don't stay there for too long. That's when it can become a bigger issue.

This allows us to understand what we have to be grateful for. Find things that are positive, surround yourself with positive influences, and work on yourself.

If you try to find happiness in others, you will never find it. Happiness comes from within. And if you are happy with yourself, you will shake off any sadness with quickness.

I don’t get the sads.

I get the mads.

My triggers include drivers on cell phones, Democrats, Karens, low water pressure, taxes and pop country music.

For me, life is a vast sea of hopelessness. There’s just nothing in 31 years of life that has really impressed or excited me. Everything’s beige and numb.

Oh well, gotta keep on keepin’ on until I croak. Or choose to take my own exit.

I think society has imprisoned men to be this stage prop photo piece by social media. I think naturally we are supposed to be out there Hunter/gatherer of sorts, not company slaves.

If the Covid pandemic has done anything “good”, then I think you have some time to focus on your next path forward. You will be fine brother.

My advice is to harden the frick up with a quickness.

The world is fixin’ to be a much meaner place.

We ain’t seen nothing yet.

Hard times will create strong men.

Endeavor to be a strong man or woman.

Not when I take my medication. All the time when I don't.....also, everyone is out to get me.
