Obvious solution would be to put a chicken in the trap

My dog killed a rooster a while back. They're dumb as hell. I let him chase off cats and kill some animals, but he won't ever get to mess with a coon. Definitely won't let him go after a cat from Africa that's been living on the streets

Came here to mention that a serval can jump more than 10 feet straight up to snare birds, and you already posted a helpful video. Also, unlike a regular cat, They have barbed claws that take chunks of flesh when pulling them out. My brother in law had one and that kitty was bad arse.

Those pictures make the cat look much smaller up close.

It looks similar to a normal house cat size in the first image.

Looks much larger in the second picture though.

It means they make a much bigger hole to get them out as it does to get them in. Think fish hook
