I have two units for my home.

I experimented with this last summer because I'm here alone a lot and want to keep the bills low.

I was surprised at how cool the side of the house was at 78. Reason being is that the AC is going to pretty much stay on all day regardless during the summer. I work in the warmest area of the house too. My bill went from 400mo to 225mo instantly. I keep the side of the house I sleep in at 70 at night now. Used to keep it at 65. AC still runs most of the night at 70 and it is cold in the mornings.

It must be getting pretty toasty in your area. Monsoon is around the corner.

Hasn't broke 90 that often. Upper 80's most days so far. Not looking forward to monsoon though after the crazy monsoon season last year. One of the reasons I moved down here was to get out of the rain.

Here's a random pic of a cactus I took the other day with my shitty phone:

I don’t get this natural gas increase bullshite. My gas bill has not changed at all and I have a gas stove, gas dryer and gas water heater.

No, that's from SV, near Veterans Park and Walmart.
