So he lost the lawsuit and there are people who are living in homes that are now-literally-legally proven to be built on other people's property. Then it comes out that he hasn't delivered on a single amenity (library, etc) promised as a part of the development. Now it comes out that he had to sell out because his lender was so rickety they couldn't even stay afloat in a great economy.

Spinosa has trouble getting local contractors to give him the time of day anymore, but their memories are short. It will only be a few years before he bilks more money out of everybody for some "all new mixed residential/commercial Xanadu..."

Unfortunately, I hear Enquist is almost as bad as Spinoza. Anyone know anything about this guy beyond rumors?

I sure haven't heard his name in the news like I have Spinosa. Also, it would seem all of the businesses the family operates are fairly successful.
Hopefully they can get a nice grocery store to locate in there.

I've been involved in a few projects with John, his day job is running H&E Equipment and does development on the side.

Im glad they are finally going to finish it. I do not live in there but close and believe it will help my property values.
