Nothing is included except for ice and mixers. Bring alcohol, food and tip your attendant, they'll make sure you don't run out of ice and mixers.

Loge tickets include booze, a ton of food, mixers, etc. And you get the loge bathrooms which are awesome, they remain mostly empty and no lines unlike downstairs. You can also get on the floor if you want.

If your on the floor near the parade, watch yourself when they roll through, those guys are DUMPING beads on you, can be unsafe at times.
And yes, if your downstairs its BYOB, BYOFood.
My 2 Cents: Ive sat upstairs once and downstairs 3 times, id much rather downstairs. Yes the free stuff is cool, but your not really in the action.
