Sounds a lot like my wife's father who has been married and divorced 5 times and now, in his mid 60's, is always in a relationship with a woman. He can't be alone, but yet he finds something wrong about them after a few months. He's also a sociopath.

money isn't the key to happiness. It damn sure helps but I guess I could get where he is coming from. He is a damn genius and it's hard to find someone to connect with at his level. Also, he probably has to wade through piles of sub par pussy before he can find a decent woman.

To be fair to Musk - and I'm a big critic - those subsidies are/were available for anyone who wants them. I still trust Musk about as far as I can throw him, and essentially nothing he says can be taken at face value, but his subsidies are not unique.
