And how would the cousin “know” she was drugged?

The same way you know she wasn't

If it’s fentanyl or heroin in she system, that isn’t something you “drug someone” with. You don’t do a little fentanyl and stroll on out the casino

Again, this is all guesswork. You have no idea what happened yet are drawing some amazing conclusions. I wish I had your superpowers

Im not an expert on how far back toxicology reports can go, but wouldnt it depend on how much time lapses, especially if it was days after he dumped the body?
But I agree it’s odd they didn’t charge him.

We dont know what was in her system and this guy might not have even known what he was giving someone besides it being some pill pressed with all kinds of stuff.

What do you do on a little fentanyl?

I’m not randomly drawing conclusions though. A homicide investigation was done. I’m choosing to rely on the homicide investigation rather than a cousin on twitter

The two pieces of evidence we have is the results of a homicide investigation saying it wasn’t murder VS a cousin on twitter saying it was murder

I applaud your blind faith in a broken and corrupt system, I guess.

2 things are happening here, and you seem to not have the ability to follow and/or distinguish them.

1: you are drawing some definitive conclusions with no evidence

2: I am clearly stating I have no idea exactly what happened, because I need more details before drawing any conclusions.

That you think I am believing random cousin on twitter is dumbfounding to me, but I guess not surprising given the first part of the two things

ETA: Either you have a fan following your every post, or you are upvoting your own posts. Those single upvotes sure do come with the swiftness

The only shred of evidence at all she was “drugged” is the cousin on twitter

You have two choices. To assume the homicide investigation/DA/ law enforcement/ judge is correct or assume the cousin on twitter is correct

Both are assumptions on our ends. I am far more inclined to assume the first

If you want to do this, every single case agaisnt someone a family member or anyone time someone dies the family claims innocence of foul play

This site used to call them “dindu muffins” or say “he was just about to go to college” etc

Why not treat this the same way?

While the longer answer involves a ton of “it depends”, as a general rule, tox can be done indefinitely on a dead body, as long as there are remains to test. Your body stops processing everything once you die, so whatever is in your tissue at the time of death stays there, as long as it’s not something organic and subject to decomposition itself.

Pride is being pride. He’s taking the argumentative side of things with little to no knowledge of what happened. He won’t stop unless you ignore him.

Since when has this site put faith in a family member on twitter when drugs/crimes are involved. This thread is the absolute peak TD hypocrisy. It’s funny to watch

What the hell are you even going on about here?

Oh, and I see your fan stopped following you, since this post was miraculously not upvoted

Seriously, homie, are you that desperate for approval of your ridiculous statements that you have to upvote your own posts? What a loser

Lots of bad things could have happened but the only three things known for sure is that she left with him, she overdosed, and he disposed of her body.
I might be splitting hairs here but “she overdosed” sounds like it is an established fact she willingly administered or had someone administer drugs into her body.

That fact has probably not been established.

It is a fact that she had drugs in her system when her body was recovered and they were at a level to conceivably kill her. So her cause of death was drug-related.
