If you asked me who was your favorite Dallas Maverick, do you truly think Todd from Marketing is in play as an answer?

Im going to help mark cuban out.
Its cheaper for men like him to hire brown people from third world countries to work low wages.

I don't think it stands by hiring the most qualified, but certainly doesn't mean hiring unqualified people.
It means passing over the most qualified people for someone less qualified because of...diversity.
DEI doesn't mean diversity of thought (which is where it is good to be diverse); DEI means diversity in the way you look, but they all have to think the same.

Oh, you're going with the "i'm stupid" deflection. Nice.
I may have assumed you were in this thread to do your usual contrarian thing, disregard if not.
Even when we agree, you lose your shite on me. If that doesn't prove my point I make every single time you reply to me...

How do you interpret that?
Not a singular interpretation.
Not to narrow your search or resources to groups just because they haven't produced in the past. Not to focus resources on groups just because they haven't been focused there in the past. Not to eliminate options for groups just because they have been eliminated in the past.
i.e. include guys going to women sponsored events for career development the same as including women in male sponsored events for career development.

You typically have clown takes, this exception not withstanding.
Never stop with the hyperbole btw "lose your shite" just by responding to you

The entire point of dei is to get rid of meritocracy.
Everyone but white people have these invisible hurdles thrown in front of them.
Thats what this is...
quote:
Imagine a group of athletes are running a 100m race. Picture one group running a 100m sprint and the other group running the same race with ‘invisible’ hurdles. The distance and the finish line are identical, and to spectators the outcome (i.e. who crosses the finish line first) is what determines who wins and loses. But in this case, can the finish line really be the marker of achievement? Or might there be other forces at play that enable success? Research shows that there is evidence of disproportionate progression of some groups over others. When you define merit as how quickly you get to the finish line, you ignore the hurdles and obstacles (visible or invisible) that some groups have had to overcome to get there. The key is to recognize that barriers exist for some, and advantages exist for others, which in turn impacts the journey to the outcome.

That is how leftist make their unicorn farting utopia sound….
In reality, it’s reverse racism against the proclaimed “oppressors” (white and Asian people). DIE is about getting even not equality. People like you, who parrot the leftist talking points without any thought, will be the first to be put against the wall when the real radicals take over

When you frick up, don't be a loser and try to blame someone else, own your frick ups, that's usually what men who aren't losers do.

Nah, I'm hiring the guy with the degree. I am not waiting on the one who dropped out to go back and finish.
