Cleco just sent me their first message about my area. Says an outage has been reported at 2 PM. 
It has been out since 3:45 AM!

I don't know what time the power went out where I'm at, but it was before dawn. My neighbor has an enormous generator and I've been listening to that motherfricker drone for at least 7 or 8 hours.
I didn't call Cleco to report the outage, but it would be ironic if nobody did, assuming somebody else did.
I live in Old Landing and we're kind of "end of the line", between the Tchefuncte and Bogue Falaya. With widespread outages, there's no telling when we get turned on.
(Cleco's outage map is usually pretty good, but they must be overwhelmed today. It's essentially useless.)

Pat Brister, St. Tammany Parish President, talked with an executive with Cleco within the last hour.There are still about 25,000 people without power. Workmen from areas not affected by the storm are coming in to help restore power in St. Tammany.About 200 are on their way. Cleco estimates that power to affected customers should be restored by Sunday evening or Monday. They are working as fast as they can to restore power.

At least you got something. I'm signed up for text notifications and have received nothing all day. I even reported outage twice and whenever I text for staus update, they say nothing available for my address.

I just received a text saying my power is restored....but I am sitting at a restaurant down the street watching the game. I'll report back when the game is over.

In mandeville at hwy 59 and I-12. Told us we won’t have power back until tomorrow... about 30 hrs without electricity. Washington/St Tammany Electric.

I posted a few mins ago that I received a message that it was on for me....I forgot to add/remind y'all in live in Old Mandeville. I will be home shortly after the end of the game to check.
