The DNC is old party money. Even if it wasn’t a Clinton, Biden, or Kerry running, it will be someone controlled by them like Obama was in his first term. These old families make way too much money off the back of taxpayers to cede control of policy.

It’s not the electric used, bills are so high due to over $100 every month on fees not associated on usage

Saying it's up 66% is disingenuous. Of course it's up, but how about you complain about how much it's up compared to the same period last year.
My bill was up 16% compared to last year.
