When comparing your bills you should compare what your last bill was compared to what it was last year for the same billing period and adjusting for usage differences. Month over month especially when comparing "summer months" isn't much value.

I didn’t live in this house last year but I can compare my daily rate for my old house and this year it is about 60% higher. So point still holds. Are you suggesting that such a large increase is reasonable in some way?

Like others have said, this has become a "hot" topic lately.
This link helps explain why energy is so expensive now.

Spoiler alert; Alot has to do with subsidies of green energy. But alot also has to do with the high cost to deliver the energy due to higher fuel costs etc.

I hate to say this... but this is 100% the government's fault. And by design.

Biden has been so bad that I don't agree with him, but he brings up an argument that could easily be made. With even a competent D candidate in the 24 cycle Trump would be toast. Fortunately the Ds seem all in on either Biden or Hilary.

Biden could murder someone live stream and the Dems would still vote for him over Trump. Trump is the most despised person in every Democrats mind and they have already experienced a reign of terror under him. You let trump run again, you will have every single eligible democrat out in the voting booths November 2024.

Agree.

I voted for Trump twice, but I hope he doesn't run again, because slim chance he wins. IMO

I'm all in for Ron DeSantis right now.

So let me help you with a political point that I thought was basically common knowledge.

Democrats aren't going to vote for any Republican in this climate. This isn't 1980 bro.

What you need to look for are independents to go close to your way and get a swing from Latinos. That's all a R needs to get it done. Trump can easily do that against Biden or Hillary. Desantis could probably do it against pretty much any D they throw up there.

I mean even you as a likely Biden voter in 2020 can't tell me that the Biden economy is working for brown people.

If Trump ran against Biden and the election were this year in 2022...I'd give Trump a 80-85% chance to win given a fair election (for what that's worth these days).

If the House goes R and the Senate stays without a 60 vote majority....I don't think Biden can do anything to change that by 2024.

Yep, just checked my july bill that's coming.

up ~70% from May.

May - $217
June- $249
July- $372

June and July Kw usage practically the same.

May 21 - $180
Jun 21 - $204
Jul 21 - $210

Kw usage between these months in 21 & 22 are practically the same.

I'm on entergy. Nuke so they're just gouging or taking advantage of potatoes Destroy America Now plan.

Let me help you out: he didn’t say Dems would. At least not a meaningful portion of them.

But Trump is divisive enough to invigorate a higher opposition ground game and turn out.

Desantis would easily do this against Biden or Hillary. I hate to remind you that Trump lost to Biden because he failed as a President. Everyone already knows what Trump will give them and I highly doubt that Democrats are going to go back to a failed first term president that they still highly despise to this day. I classify myself as an Independent and yes I’m highly dissatisfied with Biden’s Presidency, but I would still question myself to vote for Trump. Me voting for Trump again is like taking back an abusive ex that I volunteered myself to escape from.

As things look for Desantis, I would vote for him in a heartbeat without question.

German officials warned the public yesterday to expect bills of up to 3000 euros a month this winter. They are currently around 500.

Go look up his accomplishments in just four years that the media refuses to report. I was surprised at how much he got done and a lot I didn't know about.

How so.

Trump had the best US economy is years.

He had the best handle on immigration since the 80-90s.

He actually had NATO members other than the US paying their fair share for the group.

He created a trade agreement between the US, Mexico, and Canada that Obama never could.

He put 3 conservative people on the supreme court that have already paid off huge by making the right decisions on 2A cases, abortion cases, etc.

Trump's presidency was anything but failed. The problem was the "mean tweets"...even though everyone in the country was better off in 2017 than they are today the idiots (read Ds and other liberal people) couldn't bring themselves to vote for "mean tweets".

It was idiotic. In the future history will paint the election of Joe Biden in 2020 as potentially the worst decision Americans have ever made and a lot of that will be because of the successes of Trump's presidency.

Nobody cares about your cry baby tears at this point. Trump lost because the majority of Americans were dissatisfied with him as President.
