A nursing home broke my great-grandmother's femur and left her in bed for 24 hours with her leg twisted 180 degrees. It had to be amputated. And for that reason I've hated nursing homes since I was 8 years old.

Nope, when my Dad went into a facility they told me before I even asked that it was perfectly fine and I have every right to do so if I wished to.
