That didn’t look belt fed to me. They make .50 semi auto’s that are magazine fed. Locally in Baton Rouge Jim’s Firearms used to keep 1 or 2 on the shelf.
Edit: just rewatched. It is definitely magazine fed.

If you are talking about the guy laying on the ground thats not a ma deuce. Thats like a barrett m82 which could be bought anywhere.
